WEST SIDE - NORMAL ROUTE

DAY 1. We depart from La Paz on land transport to Peñas, go across Chachacomani town and arrive to Alto Cruz Pampa town at 4500m.a.s.l. from there begin a trek to the base camp at 4600m.a.s.l.

DAY 2. Ascend trekking to reach Chearoco South-East face (2 to 3 hours). Get established at the high camp on Chekhapa Kuchu plains at 5070m.a.s.l.

DAY 3. Walk to the summit, go across technical passages, walls of snow and ice (approximately 6 hours). Return to high camp.

Day 4. Return to La Paz.
